I am an extension of your business and an intricate part of your success. Whether you are representing the Seller, Buyer, or both, I always provide a quality control process. My commitment to you:

Broker/Office Requirements – ensuring all documents are completed, collected, signed, and uploaded into system.
Contracts – Communicate with all parties involved to meet deadlines and maintain a cohesive team-oriented atmosphere.
Condominiums – Obtain deed restrictions/condo docs, ensure application completion, and confirm title company approval. 
Closings – Coordinate closing time/date, and all-inclusive documentation, activities, and scheduling with involved parties.
Financing – For seller or Buyer, confirm application completion, appraisal order/results and monitor the process through to closing.
Inspections – Ensure timely inspections are scheduled and confirmed for home and termite and request repairs if needed.
Insurance – Schedule and confirm insurance related tasks and provide documentation/invoices to title company/lender.

Your involvement:

Provide fully executed contracts, addenda, and contact information for all involved parties. Deliver escrow deposit to respective title company, when applicable.
Attend home/termite inspection and negotiate repairs.
Provide access to property for appraisal, if needed.
Attend final walk through and closing.
Collect your commission!
